Hey everybody and Happy New Year! So many changes have been happening with myself and my family over the last few months! As I mentioned in my last post, we were praying about some big decisions and God, as always, answers prayer! My husband was approached with an opportunity for a position with a company in Washington DC, and after much thought and consideration, he accepted! We officially moved to northern Virginia in December 2011! It's been a big adjustment, but we really like the area and all that it has to offer. DC is a beautiful area and we're looking forward to the doors God will open up for us here! With all that being said, my music has been put on the back burner. I still have a desire to sing, write, and minister through music, but also praying about broading my horizons as I feel that God is giving me more opportunities to "shine the light". Sometimes you have to go into dark places for His light to shine the brightest! I still have a heart for worship and the local church, but am praying about other venues where positive music may be accepted with subtle references to faith, that may get people thinking about God and what He means to them! I hope you all are prospering in 2012 and hopefully I will post more exciting news soon!

I hope all the moms out there had a wonderful Mother's Day! There's nothing like being a mom! The kind of love you have for your children is like nothing you'll ever experience! I'm sure that's the way our Father feels about us! (That makes me smile!) Life in our house is crazy busy, but good! I have been leading worship at a new church plant here in Knoxville called "Discovery Church." They are a great church with a great misson, and I've enjoyed worshiping with them from time to time. I'm still writing, but my next cd is on hold for a while, because our family is praying and seeking God for some big decisions that we will be making in the near future! Please join us in prayer as we strive to follow in the direction that God is leading us! Be blessed!

Hey guys! Thanks for stopping by! As we head into the beautiful season of fall I hope you are seeing God's wonder all around you! He continues to amaze me more and more everyday! Life is good...busy, but good! Here are some upcoming dates:
Friday, October 8th at 7:30pm I will be back at Brown Cup Coffee Co. in Lenoir City, TN. I will be joined by special guest Justin Petrowski for an acoustic set. I always enjoy performing here, it's a really cool atmosphere, very laid back. And they have great coffee and desserts too!
Saturday, October 30th I will be in downtown Knoxville at the Susan G Komen "Race For The Cure" event. There will be many different artists performing from 9am-12pm. For more info check out www.komenknoxville.org
Saturday, November 20th I will be performing at the Fall Family Praise Festival in Lake City, TN...more info coming soon!
Please keep me in your prayers as I continue to write and seek God for direction for my next project. I would love to have my next cd finished and released by the end of 2011!

Hello to everyone and Happy Independence Day! I am gearing up for a big day tomorrow! Faith Promise Church is hosting a Family Fun Day at Pellissippi State Technical College in Knoxville tomorrow and yours truly is the featured local artist! We are expecting over 5,000! The festivities begin at 5pm and will end around 10pm after an awesome Fireworks display by Pyro Shows! There will be games, inflatables, free food, etc. I will take the stage around 8pm. It should be a great evening, so come out with your families and bring a lawn chair or blanket!

Hey everyone! I hope 2010 has been great for you so far! I just wanted to update you about what's been going on in my crazy world...
I'm slowly but surely starting to write again. I'm hoping to start on a new project in 2011...I'll keep you posted!
On February 19th I'll be at the Brown Cup Coffee Co. in Lenoir City, TN. We always have a fun time here, and they have great coffee and desserts! We'd love to see you there! Also, In April, I'll be leading worship for a Women's Conference in Clinton, TN. I'm really excited about this opportunity, and I'll be posting more details later.
I also wanted to let you know I've got some great guys playing for me now! I really wanted to have a consistent band that I could use, instead of just asking different musicians here and there. I feel really blessed that these guys are sharing their time and talents with me! So, hopefully, you can come check us out sometime when we're in your area! I'll be posting more dates later!

Hey everyone! Hope you had a great summer and are ready to roll into fall!
I'm excited about some dates coming up that I wanted to share with you.
I will be singing at the Foothills Fall Festival in Maryville on Sunday, October 18th! I can't wait, this is a pretty big festival! This years headlining acts include Alan Jackson and Kansas! Sunday's lineup will feature Christian artists, so come check it out!!
The people at Brown Cup Coffee Co. in Lenoir City were so nice to invite me to come back.
I will be doing an acoustic set on Friday, Nov.13 at 8pm, with the talented Justin Petrowski, so come hang out and have some great coffee (and gelato, it's yummy)!!!
